​IF YOU ALREADY READ THE GUIDELINES & POLICY OF ARTNOUVEAUPH AND DONE SUBMITTING YOUR MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION, ART NOUVEAU WILL SEND YOU AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION, SO DON'T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR MAIL BECAUSE WE WILL PROCESS IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

YES! AS LONG AS YOU ARE A FILIPINO CITIZEN AND A CLAY ARTISAN. WE WILL ALWAYS WELCOME YOU TO JOIN AND BE PART OF US. 

IS IT REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ONLINE OR HOME BASED BUSINESS?

WELL IT IS NOT NECESSARILY REQUIRED BUT IT'S A PLUS, CONSIDERING THAT WE CAN HELP YOU THROUGH SELLING AND PROMOTING YOUR HAND MADE CRAFTS AND A POSSIBILITIES THAT YOU ARE ALWAYS UPDATED ON YOUR CRAFTS PORTFOLIO IT'S A BIG ADVANTAGE AS A MEMBER. EVERY MEMBER ARTIST MUST BE AN ACTIVELY PARTICIPATING.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T PARTICIPATE IN ANY CHALLENGE?

BY SIGNING UP THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION YOU ARE ALREADY AGREE TO THE TERMS OF USE AND POLICY OF ARTNOUVEAUPH; MEANS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO COMMIT BY TAKING OR ACCEPTING MONTHLY CHALLENGE. 



IF WITH IN TWO MONTHS YOU ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN ANY CHALLENGE, ART NOUVEAU WILL SEND YOU A FIRST NOTICE OF MEMBERSHIP REMOVAL BY REMINDING YOU THAT IF YOU WILL NOT PARTICIPATE AND JOIN THE CURRENT OR NEXT CHALLENGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL PERMANENTLY REVOKE. OF COURSE YOU MUST SEND US A CONFIRMATION RETORT FOR US TO KNOW IF YOU ARE AGREE OR NOT, IF NOT OR NO ANY RESPONSE WE WILL GIVE YOU FIVE DAYS TO CONSIDER IT BUT IF THERE'S STILL NO RESPONSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL LOST.

YOU MUST CONTACT THE ARTIST (SELLER) REGARDING YOUR PROBLEM/ORDER BY SENDING THEM A MESSAGE/MAIL OR YOU CAN CALL THEIR AVAILABLE CONTACTS BUT IF ARTIST (SELLER) NOT AVAILABLE OR NOT RESPONDING, ​YOU CAN POSSIBLY CONTACT US BY SENDING US AN E-MAIL OR FOR FASTER RESPONSE YOU MAY TWEET US YOUR CONCERNS AND WE WILL PROCESS IT BY CONTACTING THE SELLER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

I CAN'T TRACK MY ORDER? ORDER LOST? WRONG ORDER?

ARTNOUVEAUPH SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE, NOR WILL ARTNOUVEAUPH MEDIATE OR SETTLE THE TRANSACTION OR ANY RESULTING CONFLICT BETWEEN TWO PARTIES. SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFE DELIVERY OF ITEMS ORDERED AND NOTIFY THEM FOR ANY DELAYS OR PROBLEMS WHILE THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE ITEMS PURCHASED.
