Guidelines / Terms of Use:



Access to the ArtNouveauPh sites, gallery as well as a showcase of your works for selling purposes are all free. It is the sole discretion of ArtNouveauPh to grant access to site usage, as well as to revoke site usage at any times, for any violation reason, with or without notice to you.



By signing up to this group, you acknowledge the following:



• A handmade artist working with polymer clay or air dry clay, resin, beads+findings, etc.​
• You commit to participate in the group's monthly challenges and will advise in the event that you won't be able to join due to unavoidable circumstances.
• You will promote Respect, Accountability, Camaraderie and Trust at all times towards your co-artists.
• You are at least 18 years of age and can legally create a binding contract between buyer and seller. Artists who are below 18 years of age are still welcome to join provided that they have consent and are supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The parent / legal guardian assumes the responsibility of all activities carried out by the member.
• You must have an example or sample of your own hand made creations that will serves as your craft portfolios, at least ten (10) photo creation.
• You are agree to promote our craft works and discourage photo theft by copying design; instead we should encourage education  to them               and reminding them to respect each Artist rights.
• You must show Esteem, Support and Appreciate the ArtNouveauPh everyday works like our working Admins; of course by taking care of official webshop, activities, facebook pages, twitter, and all work-related to ArtNouveauPh. Do not use ArtNouveauPh for fraud, scam and any wrong doings. 
• You are willing to provide and share some bucks and donating used or old thingy for the ArtNouveauPh future events and projects.  
• You will work hard to create and serve buyer order/s once you accept and get into a sales agreement.
• Members hereby agree to act accordingly with local, national and international laws regarding acceptable content, commerce and conduct.
• Transaction between buyer and ArtNouveauPh artist (seller) shall be considered a legally binding contract. ArtNouveauPh shall not be held liable, nor will ArtNouveauPh mediate or settle the transaction or any resulting conflict between the two parties. SELLER is responsible for the safe delivery of items ordered while the BUYER is responsible for paying the items purchased.
• ArtNouveauPh provides a venue for artisans to sell their handmade creations. Sellers may only list products and administer sales transactions for collections that they have legal rights to sell.

• The artist (seller) of the item/s must attest to the condition of the item, and may not confuse the item to be sold in anyway.



All members must agree to, and comply conclusively with the guidelines set forth by this document. Membership to this site constitutes agreement to abide with these guidelines and terms of use.
